Devon Self Storage Mesa, Arizona

We received help from Jennifer A, at the Mesa location and were blown away with how incredible she is! She was attentive, quick and responsive, flexible, and honest. She showed us a multitude of options based on our needs and found the perfect sized unit for now! She was also great at multitasking! She made things quite clear so as to avoid and confusion regarding the rental agreement and it was greatly appreciated along with all her assistance!

I've never rented a storage unit before. I didn't know what to expect. I had come up on some difficult times and needed some place to put my belongings. Jennifer, the facility manager at the Devon Self Storage in Mesa, Arizona made my debut experience with storage facilities a great relief. She never casts unnecessary judgement. She is respectful, gentle and understanding, but also professionally firm when she must be. Which gives me the feeling of safety and security I need to feel for the safekeeping and guardianship of the things I keep at the facility. Thank you Jennifer! You're awesome at what you do!

Great customer service! The manager was EXTREMELY helpful. I had a 26' truck that was tough to maneuver, so she opened the big gates to help me get in and out. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for the great customer service!
