Overall moving in process was very smooth and efficient. Facilities are kept clean and taken care of, we had both a climate controlled unit as well as a drive-up unit at one point. Only issue was the constant price increases that doubled the cost of our rental. If you set up your rental online, it’s very likely that the price will double within only a few months. Great units, just be aware of how pricey they can get.

Avoid at all costs. We rented this storage unit temporarily while searching for a permanent home, expecting to return to our belongings with maybe just a bit of dust to clean off. What we found instead was an absolute nightmare. When we came back with a U-Haul to retrieve our things, we discovered that mice had infested our unit. (To be clear, we did not store any food or items that would typically attract rodents.) The mice had gotten into everything — they chewed through our couch, kitchen chairs, and office chairs. They left droppings and urine on our clothes, sentimental keepsakes like wedding albums and yearbooks, and even chewed through wires, ruining our electronics. When we reported this to the storage facility, their response was shockingly dismissive. No apology, no accountability. They simply claimed it must have been due to food in another unit nearby. To make matters worse, the very next month, they added an upcharge to our unit. We had to push just to get the original rate reinstated. They later admitted this was a common issue due to field mice getting into the units — yet when we moved in, no precautions (like traps or preventative measures) were in place. Only after we raised the issue did they begin to install traps. We had to practically beg them to call an exterminator — something you'd expect to be routine if they knew this was a recurring problem. We requested compensation for the damage, and they passed us off to their insurance partner, ESIS. It took months just to process the claim. Initially, we underestimated the damage out of fear of contamination — we didn’t want to go through everything. But once we did, it became clear that almost everything had been destroyed. We ended up throwing everything away and hiring a junk removal company (shoutout to Jolly Junk Removal for saving the day). We resubmitted the claim, but it's still pending and ESIS has been unhelpful. Our advice: choose an indoor unit elsewhere. If you must use this location, do not store anything valuable, sentimental, or sensitive like furniture, electronics, or clothing. You may never see it again in usable condition.

The store manager Daniel Loya was a huge help the last few visits including closing out my unit today. I had this from Aug 2024-May 2025. It was a fairly basic unit, size 5x15 with exterior drive up access. Rates were better than others, and the ease of access was great. I’d recommend this place for anyone looking to store efficiently for a few months to years.
