Storage Perfect

Location is good and safe. Place is clean. Staff is cool. I was recommending this place to friends and companies I work with for storing and transporting sound equipment, however, I experienced a divorce during Christmas and new years.. I paid my bill on time and removed everything from the unit and made sure it was clean. Management would NOT EVEN CONSIDER refunding me the $200+ I paid for most of the month of January and literally am not using. It sits vacant as I wrote this. So storage perfect of broomfield has no issues taking peoples money when they have non.. during a holiday… from people who actually pay their rental fee’s on time every month. This is for a 10x30 space too so RV’s users beware. Good place but they are morally corrupt. Im never gonna forgive them for taking food from my mouth during a tragedy during holidays while they were closed.. Based on the premise that they didn’t get enough of a heads up. I rented a uhaul from somewhere else on new years because they were closed, which was also a slap in the face on top of this. Hope the owner sees this. Will take all of my companies business to other local competitors now. Do better next time, especially on back to back holidays. -Dillan McGregor, Unit 705 broomfield resident

Matt and Javier take excellent care of us. We are repeat customers and wouldn’t go anywhere else. No extra fees to rent and no contract. The property is always clean and people are friendly and helpful. I checked around and the prices are better at Storage Perfect. I also broke the pin that secures my ball hitch. I bought a replacement in the office onsite. Convenient and affordable.

We rented a one-way U-Haul truck from Storage Perfect. The office was the cleanest and most organized U-Haul location I have been to. They sent us a reminder email that morning with a map of how to get there. The two employees I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Storage Perfect.
