Extra Space Storage

Storage have a lot of lights and looks clean. But it's the worst policy ever. You can't get access to your stuff 24/7. You MUST buy their ultra mega package for extra and only then you'll get access. And you can't buy this package when already bought a storage. I just come from a different state with a loaded truck and I find it out only now. 1 star is deserved

From start to finish this was an amazing experience. I am a single mother, moving my self and two children for the first time, and I needed a place to store my stuff for a month. The employees here were very sweet and went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. I met 3 three employees during this month and every one of them were kind and the service they gave was excellent. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all so much!

I just want to recognize Kess (I hope I got the name correct). I think she is the on site manager. She was very courteous with my move out. I am an older adult and I appreciate this professionalism very much- as would anyone.
