Gabby was every bit of wonderful. From answering the phone as soon as I called promptly servicing with a smile and so polite her conversation was warm as though we’ve known each other for years, She remained patient and answered all my questions, even when my code wouldn’t work she came out without hesitation to assist me. I’m a stickler when it comes to customer service that is a make or brake for me regardless of the establishment and she Aced it! Not just her but all the staff members anytime I call or come in by far the best location and I’ve had business at plenty!

In addition to ease of renting a unit, our representative was already concerning himself with the best rates and we got an amazing 1st months free discount, a new lock, a roll of packing tape with dispenser and an upgrade on storage size for half of their competitor prices. We will recommend them to friends and family.

Jeff made the process quick, answered all of my questions and showed us a unit so I could verify the size would work. We did the paperwork and he showed me a map of the facility. It was a great experience and he was fantastic at everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
