My experience with Extra Space has been Great!!! I’ve been using them for about 3 years now and have no complaints!!! Transitioning from the Conyers location to the one on Covington Hwy in Decatur was the best decision!!! Kia has provided excellent customer service!!!

Funny how we have the same name 😂 Kia was awesome and was extremely helpful. My indecisive butt would have been there longer trying to pick a unit. 10 out of 10✌️😄

If I could rate this 10 stars I would. The customer service that I am receiving from Ms. Kia is awesome! She kept the line of communication open and She definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Ms. Frances is a great help also! The facility is clean, quiet, safe & secure. I would definitely recommend this facility if in need of a storage unit.
