My whole experience with your storage property has been atrocious. When I rented the unit online, nothing online stated that the property would be closed on Saturday (08/30/2025). After renting the unit, I called in to speak with customer service, and no one mentioned that the property would be closed or that the gate was broken with caution tape all around it. I called in and requested that someone please call me on Tuesday (09/02/2025), and I was told I would get a call by 10:30 am EST. I got a call at 1:30 pm EST. During that call, I was told that the gate would be down until Friday. Hopefully, the gate will be working on Friday (09/05/2025). Based on my experience, I asked for refund so I could utilize another storage facility. Today (09/05/2025) I've been on the phone with SecurCare Self Storage customer service agent (Mr. Ben) who was very polite and the company stated they would refund me my money in 3 - 5 business days. However, this is only my experience and I pray this property go with God as shall I....

I moved my things in at the end of July. By august 9th they were shut down for construction. They aren’t sending any notices on when they’ll reopen. My things are literally being held hostage. The season has changed and I’ve had to purchase new clothing to accommodate that. This has been the worst experience ever. I visit at least once a week and I receive no news. Oh and by the way it’s been four months. The pictures attached are from December 18th 2024.
