Extra Space Storage

My experience with Extra Space Storage was very pleasant. The associate who helped me, Vincent, was extremely informative and professional. He took the time to understand my storage needs, helped me find the right unit at the right price, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Excellent service and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Military personnel should be cautious. I used this storage during my deployment. The staff offered a discount since I’m military, but later changed the price and overcharged me $80. They refunded the overcharge after a few months. Upon returning from deployment, I was charged again or had my payment changed. The front desk attendant explained that they don’t check if you’re active military but take copies of military ID upon signing. However, they check if people exit the military and continue to receive the discount. It’s unclear whether they check or not. Literally feels like they intentionally try to take advantage of military. Please be careful.

We got our unit online and the process was quick and easy. We showed up, spoke with the general manager up front (who was very helpful and kind), went to our unit, and were very pleased with our unit.
