El Paso Storage Units - Crossroads

Over the past 5 years my overall experience with Manager Mary Dominguez has been nothing short of fantastic! I requested a monthly notification for monthly fees to ensure on-time payment. She has never disappointed. Ultra clean facility! Customer Service ..... hands down the best.

I have worked with Mary at the El Paso Storage Units Crosswoods for several years now. Her dedication is unsurpassed. I've used other storage places, but no one has the dedication that Mary provides. The only issue that I have is the fact I'm paying quite a bit more than they're charging other customers. Keep in mind, this does not involve the local personnel in any way. They are fabulous and they are lucky to have Mary as a representative. Also, the units are clean and the grounds maintained. I feel they have a good security system as well. Good choice.

The facility is always well-maintained, clean, and secure, giving me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. With a variety of unit sizes and great customer service, this place truly deserves 5 stars. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone needing storage in El Paso!
