Extra Space Storage

My 85in tv got damaged inside the storage and they told me if I can’t prove it happened inside they will not pay me for it. So they convince u to pay the extra 40-50 bucks in insurance to not pay u if u can’t prove ur shit got damaged inside when I never took it out. Told take it home n they will contact me then told me I did it after showing them before I took it out of storage. Crazy part the tv cost 1250 but when this happened it was on sale for 770 I did not even want the money just wanted my tv replaced or repaired
