U-Haul Moving & Storage of Forest Park

Parking lot is weird. Couldn't understand where I should park since there are trucks in the front but found one spot But MAJOR props to Omar!! He was so helpful with helping me out a TV box in my car. He helped figure out how to put my seats down in my small sedan and try and wiggle the box as best he can, AND IN THE COLD!! Really really appreciate his help!

What a scam. They market and say one price and then bait and switch without telling you they’ve switched. We ended paying way more than we expected because of these shady tactics.

I have always had a great experience at this storage location. The truck rental process is easy—both pick-up and return are smooth. I will definitely continue renting from here whenever I need a truck.
