Extra Space Storage

DO NOT RENT A U-HAUL FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Horrible experience. Rented a U-haul truck and dollies. Confirmed my reservation the day before. Went to pick-up the truck, followed instructions in the app, got a the code, but when we opened the lock there was no truck key in the designated lockbox. It was Sunday the office is closed, contacted U-haul, and was told the manager couldn’t be bothered to come down and assist us. U-haul helped us out at their corp store on Las Vegas Blvd. Highly recommend going there. Skip Towne storage at all costs.

Christine, the manager, was/is fantastic. Above and beyond. We kept changing our mind, she was patient and helpful to the end. It’s because of her that we stay at Extra Space storage, prices are good too

Have been storing here for years - well before Extra Space. Christine is the best manager we've ever dealt with. Extremely helpful through the transition and beyond.
