Chassidy was amazing! She made my first time renting a storage so easy. Very friendly and helpful. I could tell she was busy and she still made sure to take her time on our tour to make sure I was prepared for my move.

Bought a storage unit for the first time, Parker helped me out and made it a very clear and straight forward experience. Everything you need to get started storing your stuff here (like a lock) is available in the office for a reasonable price and access to units is easy although feels like a bit of a maze but the units are very clearly marked. Their hours of access to your unit start early and end relatively late which is a huge bonus. I am super happy with my experience and highly suggest it to anyone!

I just happen to arrive during lunch break but Nadine let me in to wait inside. Both Chastity and Nadine were friendly, professional and nice. The process was quick and easy but detailed. Overall experience is better than expected though I wish I signed up online for the savings.
