Extra Space Storage

No issues with renting and use of the unit, it was easy to access. The location was close to home which is why we picked it. I rented for about 3 years and during that time my rent increased from $177 in July 2022 to $210 that November and continued to increase by 79% to $317 a month with the most recent increase in August of this year from $277 to the $317. I got notices when it was still under Life Storage management of the changes but never after Extra Space Storage took over. If you need a long term rental this is not a good choice. Any employee I spoke with however was helpful and kind.

So I just wanted to share a little about my experience. I was in a tight spot needing to store my stuff and and I was able to get a unit that day and later on in the month I was able to upgrade at a prorated amount, asides from the initial fees everything was reasonable. Larry was pretty great, and getting moved out of the storage unit after I didn’t need it was manageable and easy to resolve. Thank you for your help, and thank you for your patience.

Absolutely Disgusting! Upped my Monthly payment 100 dollars from 180 to 280 after only being there 3 months. Lost my stuff because I had no where to put it and couldn't afford the drastic increase 👎👎
