Storage Star

My husband & I are moving to CO from Chicago, and we needed a local storage unit we could trust our property to be safe at such a distance without paying an arm & leg. I read the lowest reviews of several different storage facilities in Loveland & Fort Collins before I made the decision to take our first truck load to Storage Star/Firehouse Storage on Lincoln Ave. I always read the reviews and I do not get paid to leave them. I review when I am thoroughly pleased with doing business with a company and am happy to come to know the good humans that work at them. That being said, I have to say that from the moment I saw the two odd names of this storage unit and wasn't even sure of the precise company name, I had an unusual feeling this was the place for us to be. So, on a whim and that female intuition, I went to get a unit for us. The place is beautiful and I really enjoyed the Firehouse atmosphere from the moment I walked through the door. Once we all started joking while setting up the account, I knew I found myself in exactly the place I was supposed to be! The staff are awesome and just extremely helpful! Everyone is friendly and I enjoy the banter and laughs more than anything! It's like seeing and talking with old neighborhood friends. Those are always the sorts of mom and pop places I make my regular businesses, no matter what market they serve. I like good humans, and anywhere I find them in this world, I have an extreme amount of gratitude for the experience. Annette, Carla, and Stephen have just simply been an absolute pleasure to work with on this enormous move of ours across country! You want a quality, clean, secure storage unit that isn't going to break the bank, and good humans who care about you, your property, and your business? You will know you found the right place just like I did, when you arrive on site! 🤗

Renting from Fire House Self Storage was a breeze. Annette and Carla were amazing. They were very knowledgeable of the units and the rules. I definitely would recommend this facility for your storage needs. Or stop in and visit these lady's if you want good conversation. Seriously great buisness!!

Annette is awesome. I’ve had a unit here for several years, and unfortunately the key disappeared for my lock. I came in on a Saturday and she was able to quickly get the lock removed and get me on my way. Very much appreciate her!
