I wanted to like this place. And at first it was great. Clean. Friendly. Good price. Problem was they didn’t tell us that the rate we agreed upon was a “promo” and it was just stated as the rate. After the first payments went through. They doubled the cost of the unit and then acted as though they had no way to honor the original that the contract stated. I put my stuff in storage because i travel often for military and now i have to try and find another unit because they’ve managed to make it unaffordable. Definitely do not recommend. Go elsewhere!

Update: I’m not sure why you all gave me a number to call. I called and nothing was resolved. A simple apology over the phone unfortunately doesn’t solve any of the issues I’ve had so far. The facility is nice once you get inside. I also feel like my stuff is relatively safe considering you have to type in a 10 digit code every time you enter the building and every time you want to use the elevator. My main complaint is the lack of staff in the office. I live an hour or so away from my unit because I was moving to the area so me and my family picked a weekend to move all of my things. The second day after driving almost an hour and a half to get to the storage unit the door code box kept saying there was something wrong with the fuse and we couldn’t use the code to get inside. We wasted a whole day packing my car and almost 3 hours of driving because we couldn’t even get into the facility that I paid $100 to rent. Of course, there was no one in the office to resolve this issue and no one would answer the phone. The building is not moving friendly at all. Having to type in a 10 digit code every single time you want to use anything is a little inconvenient when you’re carrying a bunch of stuff. The doors also tries to shut almost immediately after you open it. Lastly, The parking lot. If you have a trailer, it is a very tight squeeze. The parking lot is also half gravel and the loading zone will knock everything on your cart off after trying to get over the bump with the cart. Broke a couple of glasses and I had canned goods rolling everywhere. My overall experience so far feels like a scam, considering I can’t even get access to the building. I wish I had taken my money elsewhere.
