I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage in Norwalk. Kat and Brea were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, which made my move feel smooth and stress-free. They were always responsive, professional, and willing to answer questions or help with anything I needed. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in keeping things running well. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a storage facility with excellent service and support!

Moving in today and Brea has been awesome! The facility has several loading docks and extra large ones to boot! It's right off the interstate behind Lowe's so its definitely a cleaner area that is well maintained. Everything appears clean and taken care of. Looking forward to storing here!

Excellent customer service. Brea was extremely helpful with getting me set up for our new rental unit and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She answered all of my questions. Would recommend this location 10/10.
