Extra Space Storage

Went into Extra Space Storage today to rent a storage unit and had a great experience. Elena was extremely helpful and made sure all of our questions were answered. She was very welcoming, explained everything clearly, and took the time to go over the do’s and don’ts of the area to ensure everything was squared away. We also had an overall great conversation, which made the process even better. Thank you to Elena for making the experience so smooth, and to her coworker Martin, who previously showed the available spaces. Excellent customer service all around!

Elena was amazing! She knew exactly what I needed when I called, and she greeted me very kindly at the door when I arrived as she was helping other customers. Elena took me to see some available units and was very helpful towards my final decision. Thank you Elena!
