Staff (I think her business card says her name was Crystal) was very friendly and happy to help, unit was clean and tagged for arrival. This place seems to be one of the best I have used. Happy we made this choice!

Extra Space Storage in San Bernardino on Highland and Sterling. I have rented this unit out for about 4 years now honestly I've call all around looking for the cheapest unit which was the closet size space but inside was sooo much bigger than I thought it was the perfect size to hold all my belongings I was able to get at least 50+ large size u haul boxes (stacked of course) They notified me every month before my bill was due, great reminder. I knew my belongings would be safe when I would stop by my unit I would see the workers patrolling and making sure the area was clean and safe. Which made me feel at ease. I would definitely rent out from them again maybe just closer to our new home. Thanks Extra Space Storage!
