I reserved online and Jose was able to get us into our unit the same day. He was super helpful, friendly and communicative. The lock I brought wouldn't fit the unit, so he volunteered to change the hasp when he could have just had me buy a new lock from him 🥲 unit no's are clearly labeled; the place is well-lit and clean.

Just moved into my unit and Jose made sure the process was quick and smooth. He was very nice and attentive. Definitely will refer others to this storage facility.

Jose is such an amazing Manager! His Customer Service is bar non! Very helpful and friendly. He is always proactive and keep the storage facility clean. SecurCare Self Storage has really good affordable rates been here for the past 5+ years and will continue to be a Customer here! No problems at all, no suspicious activity and no criminal activity.
