Extra Space Storage

I use to rent here for about 4 years before moving out of santee. Once I moved I had to come back to this location! (Even though there is another one closer to me!) I was happy to see Jayann was still working there! She always makes my experience the best! I had the help of Luis in getting my unit this round. He was very professional, and showed me different options I could choose from to make sure all my needs were met and I was getting the best value.He took the time to help me pick the perfect size for all my belongings. I was sold instantly! We went into the office and after a lot of pleasant conversations and laughs between the two I was handed a nice shiny lock and keys! Even let me know about the app which is AMAZING especially for getting past the gate! No need to type the code! Talk about feeling like a VIP! They took the time to go above and beyond with answering all my questions, showing me all options for insurance and went over thoroughly with me about our agreement. I always love coming by for the fun conversations, pleasant smiles, and of course clean, trusted and safe storage of my items. Here you will feel like you’re leaving your belongings with family. I’ve been at your Santee California location on Mission Gorge Rd. for over 3 years now. Jay Ann the manager has been great. Since day one she’s always been more than helpful & has been a real pleasure to deal with. She’s always friendly & professional. Whenever I go there & she’s not busy, we chat for a bit. And I know that she really looks out for her clients. She keeps me informed about any changes & what’s going on there. She’s a keeper. I also appreciate how clean & secure the place is. Went on a Sunday when office was closed. However, they had a Kiosk with somene helping you through the comm and made everything quick and simple! His name was Mark and did a great job explaining/setting up everything. Definitely satisfied with the service and the facility which is clean and has a lot of options for storage.
