I have been with storage facility for over eight years. It’s under a new manger same owners . Very clean easy access going in and going out. I understand that they are busy and if they don’t answer their phone. They will call you back, so just be patient rent is reasonable it’s not outrageous like some places are. I would highly recommend Magnolia Storage

Horrible experience 2 days ago the owner / landlord Mr Hernandez was test driving an RV with a customer. His customer backed into my brand new vehicle and is refusing to pay for anything refusing to give me any insurance information because I'm sure he has no insurance and no coverage. By far the worst customer service I've ever seen in a business. I will be reporting them to the BBB and making tons of reports on this

No one is awnsering the phone or calling me back about pricing. I’m assuming they must not need anymore business cause I just want to know how much it is for their smallest unit with taxes and hidden fees. But hopefully they’ll get back to me eventually. If u work thee and are reading this please check ur voicemails.
