The front staff are the best Ive ever seen. Sherry is just a decent human being, and very understanding. Ive been here almost a year and I have played find a new unit so many times with understanding. They have cut my locks off to many times without judging me or making me feel stupid. I love it here, my stuff is always safe even if I accidently leave my door open. It's safe! Secure! And so far rodent and insect free, besides ants, but thats my fault. Love love love ❤️

Two stars because the lady that manages the property is conscientious and helpful, and responsive. Zero stars for the property due to a massive MOUSE INFESTATION. I waffled back and forth about whether or not to post a review but feel like others would need to be warned. I stored furniture in a unit while a house was under construction, and I made a point to ensure there were no food items and nothing fragrant such as candles etc that might attract rodents. What I discovered when I came to empty out the unit horrified me. I had two high end upholstered Potterybarn sofas and two chairs and a bunch of really nice rolled up rugs that became giant nests for mice. They had gotten in boxes and tore a million pieces of paper to build the nests, and it looked like maybe they pulled out insulation from the inside of my furniture as well as maybe the ceiling, as it appeared to be torn up insulation in the nests. There was also some water damage on things but I could figure out where exactly it came from, could only surmise a roof leak as there was evidence of water marks on the ceiling. You can see daylight in the upper corner and lower corner of my unit as well. In any regard, I ended up disposing of the upholstered furniture and rugs and any other item with material that had a surface that could not be sanitized. This was primarily due to the massive number of rodent urine spots all over it. Any other item, although covered in mouse feces, I hired a team to sanitize the surfaces then we gave away all of it to families in need. I was never going to get those images out of my mind to be able to use any of it. Plus I now know what it feels like to step on a mouse carcass; the crunching is like stepping on potato chips. Insurance claims exclude damages by “wildlife” and the loss from the items that could not be sanitized alone have a retail value of around $15,000. Plus I had the loss of all those storage fees for nothing. Very disheartening. I am grateful I had the opportunity to salvage some sanitized things I put in the hands of some folks in need, but hate that to experience that blessing I had to have such a painful loss. I did alert the nice lady in the office about my experience. She said they’ve not had any complaints from anyone else. So either the other tenants don’t mind mouse poop, or for some reason they love Potterybarn furniture and every single mouse on the property came to my unit for a rodent fiesta. Needless to say I will NEVER store anything at any storage facility ever again. 😢

Very nice place. Clean grounds. I can't say enough about Sherry, she's very good at what she does. Hard worker, great customer service, and just a good human being which is very hard to find, especially these days. Thank you Sherry!
