If I could give it a lower rating I would. That ridiculous excuse for a manager added on $90 of fees for things that never happened like tow fees and auction fees, which no sitting out towing ever happened. Not to mention an "Extra" $10 a month on top of their "regular" storage and "handling" fees even though they never touched a thing until the last day when I caught them, red handed, trying to break into my unit to take things. Do Not, and I repeat, DO NOT, rent from this company. EVER! They are nothing but scam artists

I never got ripped off this bad when I lived in California. Had a medical issues and they would not work with me. I was loading some of my stuff up and told a lady to be careful about the way they treat you
