To put it frankly, the customer service here saved my backside. I had another unit facility fall through on me the day before I was supposed to come out from CO with all of my belongings that had to go into a unit until I could move into my rental house a few weeks later. I called them on Friday evening to move in on Saturday. They completely accommodated me and my mess AND they prorated my cost because I wouldn’t be there for an entire month. Basically, this facility is the gold standard for why it is often better to go with smaller storage companies rather than the large chain ones. If I ever need a unit in Lincoln again, I will not consider anyone else.

They great place to store stuff. If you have any issues they take care of them right away. Always friendly

They are awesome guys! If anything changes, I am promptly notified. As they improve the property and the security system there, it's getting better as I speak! Bravo!!
