Place was clean. It was a fast painless process to rent, even bought my lock there. Sam was easy to deal with no hassle rental. Storage unit was swept out and ready. The only downside is their security code could be a little more secure, haven't had a problem but I think it would be crackable.

I was able to reserve three large units over the phone from Kentucky prior to our move with no trouble at all and verified that this location could handle semi trucks. The day our moving truck arrived, I had forgotten to make prior arrangements with the office (which was closed that day!) but they sent someone out from another location to remove the facility's locks so we could get moved in without a hitch. We ended up storing our items for 9 months and never had any problems accessing our units when needed. We even got a call from the manager when our door was not locked completely (our own fault!) I would definitely recommend iStorage on Broadway!

Sam and his teammates were awesome to work with. Had a billing issue once but they were every prompt and understanding and quickly got it resolved. Never had any other problems after that.
