So far this place is incredible. I wouldn't store my belongings anywhere else! The customer service is excellent. The property management girl was so professional and very caring about my situation! You won't go wrong when you place your belongings in a safe and secure storage unit! Very satisfied with my experience at istorage ‼️

Coming back from a deployment I open my storage unit and there’s a hole in the ceiling, turns out somebody broke in and stole my important documentation and my PS5, Airsoft rifle, and who knows what else, I try and go into the office to see if they can do anything, office is locked and no one’s in there even though it should be open since it’s during business hours, customer service is bad, they don’t care, and won’t help you after you put your belongings and their trust.
