KO Storage

My experience with KO storage has been good so far Dana is extremely helpful and very aware of what happens within her facility. Unfortunately my place got broke into but Dana was right there to help me and be supportive thank you so much Dana. You do great at your job and keeping the property clean and up to date. Thanks for all you do it's been a real pleasure renting my unit from you all. God bless thanks agian.

Joy was amazing! She helped me pay my storage, explained my options, offer and set up an autopayment for me which was very convenient for, and even gave me $15 credit for my next bill since I add my card yo autopay. So friendly and helpful! KO Storage, keep great reps like Joy around I hope she answers my call next time!

Kept calling because I didn't know how to do it and the guy's name was Andrew it was helpful and also the other employees was as well but I want to speak with him but I like it so far everyone is nice and everyone kept calling me back asking me questions that I'm okay I think I'm going to keep this I welcome in the customer service as well deserve thank you
