Absolute lifesavers! I had a terrible experience with the Saginaw store—they misled me and made my moving day completely miserable. I walked into the 7 Mile Road location stressed and exhausted, but the staff here was beyond kind and friendly. They listened to what happened, fixed the mess the other store created, and truly turned my day around. It takes a lot to put a smile on someone's face in the middle of a stressful move, but they managed to do it. Highly recommend this location for their amazing customer service!

One of the main reasons we picked Livonia Budget Storage was meeting and working with Natalie. We wanted to check the storages and Natalie stayed and give us a tour and explained everything for us in detail. There was no pressure. Natalie was friendly and helpful!
