Public Storage

The public stores on Newburg road. I came across a lady named Karen, who was very helpful. God bless her heart. She came out there to shove the snow from my front of the door she been nice since I got here beautiful personality. You need more people like her here. She need a raise , thank you , okay , you do appreciatShe need a raise, thank you.

I've been a customer for 2-1/2 years now. I had to go there in person this past week to take care of a problem. The young man, James, was as Helpful as he could be! Very Polite and truly trying to help my situation! I'm grateful for that!!! 👍 As far as the company itself goes: it SUCKS!!!!! 👎 They don't tell you that they increase your bill every 6 months! I started off at $135.00 per month and it almost got up to $300 per month. The young on-site Mgr over a year ago (changed the unit to my sister's name to Help me keep cost down. Now I find out that was illegal. I'm back up to $244 per month and in a few more months, I'll be back to around $300 per month.) I can not wait to get my worldly belongings out of there! Still waiting on my own place. But like I said, James was trying to Help me out as much as he could! It's not his fault that the Company has some messed up Rules!

Karen that work's on Newburgh is AMAZING!!! She truly deserves a reward for providing 100% EXCELLENT Customer Service and she TRAINED James to be as AWESOME as she is. I highly recommend this Public Storage as long as Karen and James are there to manage the facility with such Class and Professionalism!!!!!
