Mini Mall Storage

Mike is great, respectful, knowledgeable, quick and patience. I recommend this facility because the customer service is the best. I have been with this facility for years and I stay with them because the customer service, knowledge, help, respect, patience that I receive everytime I walk thru the door. Customer service is huge with me. And i think this is the best service I have had. The facility is clean. I never had any pest issues. Mike has always gone out of his way to help.

Storage facility was bought out by a new company and I am working to get out of the spaces soon as possible. Do not recommend. Not only were prices raised under new management. They also eliminated the most to affordable insurance option. And added an additional monthly fee to each unit. This used to be a reasonably priced place. Not anymore. In addition, it was a mess getting our payment information transferred over to the new company. Only redeeming quality is Mike at the front desk. He has always been very thorough and helpful.

Amanda was very helpful with my yearly insurance update, for my account. I like the location and have never had a problem for the past 7 years . Prices seem reasonable to me.
