The Lock Up Self Storage

Was very easy to understand the information on the Websit. Staff was very helpful and explained our options. As a result we were able to secure a 10 x 10 storage area. I would recommend this Storage Facility to any friends or family

We rented a unit at The Lock Up Self Storage in Eden Prairie for few months and had no issues with them at all. They offer a fair price, renting/closing process is easy and straight forward. The facility is really clean and well maintained. They also have cameras on all floors for security, which is a plus. The staff is always friendly and very helpful, especially Randy. We were happy with their service and would gladly use them again.

I had to store boxes and furnishings in order to get my house ready to sell, and I was extremely satisfied with the Eden Prairie Lock Up facility. It was so clean and neat that I never worried that my belongings would be damaged. I had to get something out of the storage unit one evening and was pleased to see how well lit and secure it was. The manager, Paula, was very helpful with the initial determination of what size unit would work for me, and with suggesting packing material for my move. I would definitely recommend this facility.
