My Self Storage Space

I literally just drove into Las Vegas and found your facility. Laura was great. She had all the patients in the world with me and got me settled. I was a little bit frazzled cause I literally drove from Denver to Las Vegas without stopping last night. I would definitely recommend your facility.

From day one the ladies in the office have been helpful, professional and very pleasant. Everything is always nice and clean. Good job to everyone !!

I hate leaving my bad reviews about places, but the customer service is really bad here. My car was stolen, and my storage key was in the car, I stopped in to clear out my unit and asked if they could cut the lock off. The gal behind the desk said yes but its $50 cash and they won't give you a receipt, which seems a little odd. That tells me most likely someone is pocketing it, especially because per the contract I signed its $25 for lock cut. I have a unit at another storage location and when I lost my key, they were more than happy to remove for me at no charge. In addition, I have been by this location 3 different times and the staff is out. Today I sat there for more than 30 minutes waiting for them to return. Very bad customer service!!
