NextGen Storage - Joplin

I used this location for about 3-4 months. Everything was fine until the end. I checked out using their method within the app WEEKS before my next payment. The day before the next payment date I received an email stating I would be charged. I called immediately and let them know the situation. Long of the short - this is a PSA not to trust their app. I went through the proper channels to close out my unit and they had ✨no record✨ that I canceled weeks ago. I suggested that their app might be broken because there's no chance that I did not follow the instructions properly and she said "no I don't think that's right, but I believe you." I'm sorry, you either don't believe me, or you don't care that your app doesn't work. I think that's really wrong, especially when so many people are currently going through financial troubles. So be aware, while the storage location may be fine, you cannot trust their system to work properly and they couldn't care less about that.

Anna at the Rangeline location was very professional great she made my process super easy. She really handled my situation with the upmost care and professionalism and to the guy in the lobby being a jerk she handled you amazingly with the upmost professionalism as well. Great job Anna.
