.... Update! DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE Facility it's a bunch of clowns and honestly I'm so disappointed! I LEFT EVERYTHING I OWN IN ONE OF THEIR UNITS BACK IN JULY UPON RETURNING I DISCOVERED RATS HAD DESTROYED ALL MY POSSESSIONS! I PAID FOR INSURANCE AND WAS ASSURED BY LARISSA THAT IF I UPDATED MY REVIEW SHE WOULD PERSONALLY MAKE SURE I GOT MY INSURANCE CHECK . WRONG JUST ANOTHER LIE AND THEY CONTINUE TO DROP THE BALL . NOW NO CALL BACK INSURANCE DENYED WITHOUT REASON AND NOW IM OUT OF EVERYTHING I OWN FROM MY HOUSE HOLD . WHAT A JOKE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUNCH OF CLOWNS Although there have been some issues in the end when I was moving out the regional manager was absolutely amazing. She was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure any issue was made more than better so yes I would recommend this storage facility.....

This review has been long time coming because I was not in good faith, going to make it until I had moved out of this storage unit. Now that I have moved into the new storage center that's off of 6th street, which is 10 times better and climate controlled for the same price I was paying at this place, to have something 3 times smaller, not climate controlled and leaked water on my boxes (they never fixed this issue and I let them know more than 3 times) not to mention all the spiders in my boxes, I can honestly say that this is one of the most greedy storage companies that I have ever seen. When the old owners sold this place, that's when all the problems started. Because the old owners were fantastic. As soon as it got sold to the new people that have it now, they got rid of the military discount. Because apparently they hate our military. They demanded and enforced renters insurance of $14. Then, they raised the rate for no reason. So to summarize, when the old owners sold this place, the new owners immediately made what I was paying per month double. So I went from paying $54 a month to $84 a month for a unit that was tiny, and leaked water, and then I go down the road to storage center, and I'm paying the same price, and my unit is 3 times bigger and is climate controlled. You tell me, which one makes more sense. Also on a side note, this place apparently does not like to answer their phones and they like to take 4 days just to answer one simple email. Their customer service is in the dirt. If you're looking for a place, do not put your stuff here. The new owners are literally running that place into the ground. And now they are not closing my account and I was informed that they're still going to charge me on the 1st even though I told them I moved out, they will not return my calls or answer my calls. They returned one of my 4 emails days after I sent it and just said I need to show video proof of my empty unit, my code though oddly doesn't work, so I can't get on property to take a picture anyway. So I've let my bank know to block this company from making any furure payments. This is the kind of company they are, run far away. Sincerely, a very happy customer now that I have moved off property. P.S. also, their maintenance people, or whoever they are, think it's appropriate to take bathroom breaks by the fence in full view of everybody and they think it's appropriate to flash people when they're in there to drop off their stuff to their unit, just fyi. And if that sounds outrageous, it is. And they have cameras up in that place, and they would catch this behavior on the cameras no problem. Update Dec 1st: They literally replied to my review saying that they were not going to try to charge me again, yet they literally just tried to charge me the $84. So I don't know what game we're playing here, but your charge failed like I said it would. I would also like to add, the owner's saying that my exit to leave this place was submitted yesterday, that's a lie. I have the emails, I submitted it a week ago, y'all just ignored all my emails. Try to charge my card again and I will contact the authorities. Update 2 Dec 2nd: ya'll literally just tried to charge my card again. So now I'm gonna have to file a police report. Update 3 Dec 3rd: storage unit management still refuses to close my account. Because now supposedly my unit is magically full of new items that weren't there When I left, it's okay. I filed a police report because now we're getting into ridiculous territory.

I've rented a few storage units in my time but this was the most pleasant to arrive to. Clean, safe and inviting. 10 of 10 would recommend... This is the best place I've ever keeper my belongings in. Safe and secure and welcomed from day one.
