I just got a unit today and Carl was very helpful. Unit was perfect and helped me with the entire process from start to finish. Took me a couple of minutes on my phone and I was complete with everything!

I was a loyal Public Storage customer since October 2017. I started out paying $123 per month on a 10'x30' unit. I paid rent every month on time it seems like every time you turn around they increased my storage price by $100 or more. I still paid it though I struggle through to pay it every month. In November 2025 I couldn't afford to pay the rent I spoke to the managers that worked at a different Public Storage and they didn't work or try to help me save my unit instead they auctioned it off in December, all this company is about money anyway they could get it regardless of how you reach out to them for help to no avail. It seems like they don't care about there loyal and long term customers. The 108 Main Street Apopka, that Public Storage doesn't even have any employees they just have kiosk machine they cut cost and still raise there customers storage unit to astronomical rent levels. I will never do business with this money hungry storage company again.
