I’ve never heard of iStorage before but this completely exceeded my expectations. The unit was clean and there were carts available for use. Cory was super helpful and kind. His customer service skills are outstanding. I can see why this place has nearly 5 stars. He’s always onsite and available if you have any questions. He’s a great asset to the business and I will definitely keep renting from him.

Super easy to set up and reserve. Easy access! Sucks to had to put password in to get out though. ONLY negative…. 10x20 drive up, has no light inside. Was there late in the day and was difficult to see. I can image if it were actually after dark. Lights should be inside. Actually unsure of outside lighting as well. 🤔

I’ve rented from this location for years. I already have one unit and just got another. It was all done online because it was a Sunday. I got there loaded everything, which was a ton of heavy things like appliances and large furniture in my unit only to realize when I went to lock it that it didn’t take the normal storage lock. Most of them you can do either. So I tried contacting the office there, no one answered so I left a message. Then called main number. They said they will try to contact manager that lives on property. I kept knocking on door hoping he would answer. He finally did and had a huge attitude towards me was practically yelling at me. He said I wasn’t latching it correctly to lock it so I made him walk with me to unit which he was poised about. Yes I did latch it correctly. He said this unit only took a cylinder lock so I said can I buy one from you and he said no he was closed. I asked could you please get me one and then just charge me tomorrow when you open, he said no go buy one at Lowe’s. This will be the last time I rent form this place, he was very rude and had horrible customer service. I understand it was his day off but the way he talked to me was uncalled for.
