She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was about the units and services. It’s clear she truly cares about customers and goes above and beyond to help. The facility itself is clean, organized, and easy to access, which made things even better. If you need storage in the area, I definitely recommend coming here and asking for Astrid!

Customer Service was Amazing. When I had questions, and concerns, Thomas was so kind and answered all my questions. He was patient even when I went over what he was telling me he answered calmly with a smile. Of course, I went as soon as they opened, and he just made me feel like reassured. We even laughed about working first thing in the morning (we're both not morning people). It's been a long time since I had a pleasant experience with customer service. Thomas is the BEST.
