Public Storage

This place has been without a property manager for over a month now, luckily there's a part time lady name "Eisha" comes around every now and then trying her best to straighten things out. As a part time, she care enough to follow up with the issue that I'm having in my unit. I would rate a five stars if she started to work here full time because we need someone like her to attend the property daily.

I stopped by my storage unit to pick up my fancy plates, silverware and wine glasses for a big Christmas Dinner. I was moving a lot of stuff, so I propped the main door open with a wedge. After a while Dan stopped by and asked me to please remove it. He wasn’t rude, he wasn’t assertive, he wasn’t pushy; he just simply explained that when the door is propped open too long, it sets off an alarm at the main office, and he gets called to look into the matter. He was polite and just explained to me how my actions had consequences that impacted him. I won’t be wedging the door open anytime soon. Dan’s conduct didn’t surprise me…he’s always been reasonable, helpful and easy to get along with. I don’t think he stopped by specifically to talk about the door, he’s always walking around the facility: cleaning things, fixing units and helping customers with whatever issues they are dealing with. He’s a real asset to the company and to the facility. I always enjoy pumping into him and catching up.

Very poor experience. I had an issue with my apartment and held all my stuff here for several months. My insurance has been paying for the last 2 months. I'm not sure if the manager has a personal problem with me but he's given me and my insurance an extremely hard time sending in the invoices for reimbursement. Today when I went in he said the lock wasn't on my unit. It broke and I put a new one on. After I left, he called me and accused me of damaging a wall or something of that sort, called me a "special needs case" and continued to belittle and talk down to me as a paying customer. He said I needed to move out which I have no problem with considering this experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Very poor experience. If I could give negative stars I would.
