Booking the reservation was easy. Robert H. at Bethpage, NY, was awesome helping me get into my rental van. The ride was comfortable, van was spacious. Please fix your app... it didn't upload the pictures when I returned the van after business hours. Kept asking me to re-take photos to show returned condition. I spent AN HOUR in this process and finally exited the app. When I opened it again it stated my return was complete. Very frustrating.

The service is great. But they should be consistent with what they tell customers. (1/16/26) My estimated bill was $131 but I returned the vehicle 2 hours ahead of my return time plus put more gas in the truck than what was in the truck when given to me. I was told by the rep that the bill would be $122 because I brought it back early and for the extra gas. But when I checked my statement, they still charged me the full $131.
