I had a wonderful experience with Kathy at Public Storage. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood my options clearly. Her customer service skills truly stood out, and I felt confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend working with Kathy if you need storage assistance.

Kathy at Public Storage in Kahala was super-helpful and personable. My 78 year old auntie and I went in to look for a storage unit for her and my sister and Kathy was very patient with us and explained everything in detail. She also showed us several units that were available and explained the possible pros and cons of the different sizes of units. When signing us up, she explained everything about how to access the unit and access hours and such, as well as all the details about the costs and billing. I left confident that there would be no surprises for my sister and auntie and that their storage needs would be in good hands with Kathy and the staff at that location. Highly recommend!!!

Kathy helped us and was absolutely amazing! She was patient with all our questions, helped me move my reservation since I scheduled at the wrong location, and showed us the size before we committed to the unit. Would highly recommend as it is VERY secure and I feel confident leaving my things without worry. Go see Kathy she’s a an all-star!
