Reah K. at the Hawaii Kai location was super excellent and amazing! Very knowledgeable which was a key plus for me. I called earlier in the morning and went over to meet with her the same day. She showed me the various storage sizes and I was able to get detailed information of each which helped me decide immediately on my needs. Her excellent customer service made me “go for it”the same hour and I am extremely satisfied with her service. Super customer oriented and patient and helpful. The young lady in the office with the glasses was very helpful.! She explained everything in such a perfect way I had no questions. Rhea was so quick to view my storage after moving out. Staff was very very friendly. Would recommend to friends and Family.
