Public Storage

I am very thankful that I chose the Hurst location for my rental space. Teddi was wonderful to work with, she made everything happen for me when I needed it the most. I highly recommend this location, you will glad you did!! Thanks so much Teddi…you’re awesome!!

I have used Public Storage in Hurst before and when it they came necessary to rent a storage facility again, there was no other facility I considered. Public Storage is number one and Ms Teddi is absolutely the best. Very accommodating, very helpful, very friendly, efficient and effective. Thanks to everyone

I have been a member here for five or so months. I just needed to upgrade to a different unit, so I spoke to the staff on site. Chris and Teddi were super helpful. I told them exactly what I needed and the issues I was currently having. The computer was not showing any inventory, but Teddi knew some units that just became available. She showed them to me right on the spot and one was perfect. I just moved everything to the new unit and I couldn’t be happier with their customer service. As for the location itself, I switched from the L building because my unit was located very far in the back and my cell phone had no service there. That made my work very difficult bc I needed services to scan work products and such, and complete other activities. Also, I had to consistently log 50 pounds or more of devices for work and it was a far distance when there werent carts available. Also, rarely were carts available in that building, even on weekdays. Staff here definitely gets a five star, but the facility itself gets a three. My new unit will be much better because it is located toward the front and the unit itself is right by the door of the building with full bars of service
