PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE! Everything I have and Everthing I owned and worked hard for is destroyed. The property is fully infested with rats and put my stuff in storage unit to go on an extended vacation and when I came back my heart was broken. No property manager and good luck talking to the rude customer care. Worst experience of my life, they need to demolish this place from all the poison that’s in it. I left mouse traps just in case to come back to find 7 dead rats in my unit. I can’t even fathom how I feel! And to make it worse when you file an insurance claim, they tell you well the policy is not against rodents. It’s mainly for fire and theft. Disrespectful trash company and I hope this place gets demolished and the business owners loose everything they have.

This is genuinely the worst storage unit i have ever had or seen in my entire life. The dirtiest storage unit you could possibly get. I had everything in there wrapped and protected from rats and yet they got in. Tried to work them and get compensation but they completely denied it. I had to leave a whole bedroom set left in there because of there dirty storage units. I hope no one rents there to experience it. Absolutely disgusting.

RAT INFESTED DO NOT RENT HERE!! Never in my life have I seen or smelt a storage unit this badly! Literally smells disgusting with rat feces all over. The rats will damage your items and the Storage facility’s response was your insurance does not cover for rat damages, which is the insurance they offer you! Ridiculous!! Now countless people have items damaged and had to remove their item’s because of RATS!! Thousands of dollars worth of damage and they offered no help. Stay away people if you care about your own possessions. Crazy people live inside these storage units and they don’t care. Rats living with your items. Disgusting. Your health comes first do not rent here!
