I have been renting at this facility for over 10 years. While owners do occasionally change, The staff has been steady and so wonderful. I visit the facility about 2 to 3 times a month and it is always so clean and Vanessa is such a pleasure to chat with. I see her outside cleaning units and talking to the other tenants. In my eyes that shows that she cares about her customers, that they are not just another renter. Well done. Edit - I was curious to see what other reviews were saying , to this person Carlos - After 10 years of me renting multiple units from upstairs hallway to downstairs hallway and outside, There has never been any unpleasant odors. Perhaps it was from your own unit?
