The grounds keeper, Alvin, at this location is the best! I had an issue with my unit that required clean up and right in time without hesitation, Alvin offers to resolve my issue.... I'm very thankful he was there to resolve my issue, he deserves a raise for keeping customer like myself knowing he's around to secure our property!!

The district manager, Kayla, really made my day. I was having issues with my access code after transferring units and wasn't getting anywhere with the generic automated system the app and website point you to. On my way to the self-service kiosk she happened to drive by and immediately asked if I needed help. I explained the issue and she had everything sorted out within 10 minutes. I’ve had some frustrations with Public Storage overall, but Kayla is the reason I’m staying at this location.
