Though a hectic time for all, Dianna displayed immense patience and understanding to Public Storage renters. I appreciate her and all that she has done for me! Keep that great attitude!

I had an excellent experience at this Public Storage location thanks to Diana. She was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions and even repeated the same ones. Diana answered every single time with a smile and without any attitude. She made everything easy to understand and never rushed me.

Truly was a great experience working with Dianna she was very knowledgeable and help me picked out the perfect unit for my 1bed room apt …. Very polite turned a stressful situation into a much more calmer ..:
