Public Storage

Today Rebecca at the 2920 Baseline location was awesome. I had a problem with a mix up on my account and my son's. She helped explain what took place. Is trying to change the status of my account to accept credit cards again, not cash since the mix up with my card company. Rebecca you and Public Storage rock. Thank you!!

Recently moved to the area and needed a space in a timely manner, and Public Storage was just the place. Rebecca was extremely helpful in assisting me and making this transition! I had to mention her because she was very knowledgeable of the units and the space the could accommodate so much so she was even able to recommend the perfect size storage unit for the amount of items I needed just by taking a look at the truck! Her service is pleasant and I appreciated all of her assistance.

Very positive very helpful young lady. She went above and beyond to make my visit productive and most of all pleasant. She is a real gem. I will definitely tell anyone to go here and they will be happy.
