Brenda is a powerhouse. When I found this facility.. it was hot & overwhelming day. Brenda was efficient, informative & customer service driven. Made sure we were checked in.. had carts & was clear on storage contract. I can always call & know things will get taken care of. Thank you Brenda! Best storage in Norfolk

We have had a storage unit here for a few months while we were moving locally. Brenda has always been super helpful in making sure we could get a cart when moving, coordinating movers and making sure everything was set with our account before we moved out of the area. If you are looking for a unit in the area I would check these storage units out. The facility is always clean, secure and dry. I do wish the elevator gave you more time before the buzzer went off and it locked out.
