Edit: The “owner” per the response below, asked me to reach out, but didn’t reply. The office denied my request to be refunded despite my moving out in 4 days. The star above is solely for Donna as she was the only one with decency and professionalism. Please work with her directly should you decide to use this unit. Today (10/5), as I was heading up the elevator to my unit, I ran into the manager, Rebecca. Her first words to me were, “Are you Samantha? What’s wrong with the elevators?” I had literally just arrived — not even 20 minutes prior — and, not that it’s anyone’s business, but I was in the restroom at the time. When I said I had just gotten there, she responded with my exact entry time: “You entered at 7:11 PM.” I replied, “Right, and I was in the restroom — I wouldn’t know what elevator issue you’re referring to.” She mentioned the elevator had been beeping, then told me I needed to be out by 9 PM and asked for my ID — not in a friendly, welcoming way, but rather with a snarky tone. I explained voluntarily that I’d been there late the night before because I entered just before after hours and needed to organize my unit. She replied that they’ve had “security issues” before. While I understand safety concerns, I told her it’s not okay to project those fears onto other people. “Not everyone you interact with is there to give you a hard time.” If I’m paying $200 a month for a unit, I should be able to use the restroom in peace — not be questioned about how long I’ve been in my unit or made to explain that I’m not causing trouble. She also mentioned receiving alarms when people stay past the gate time. I told her that couldn’t have been from me since the cleaning staff was still there when I exited! Of course, she had no response to that because it’s true. She just kept cutting our interaction short by saying “thank you so much”. Overall, my interaction with Rebecca was very unpleasant, insinuating, and condescending. This facility could simply use a little more positive energy and a few more smiles!!😄

Have been renting a storage unit at the Little Creek Road location for some time now. Have been very satisfied with the facility for its location and cleanliness. I wanted to downsize to a smaller unit and stopped by the office to discuss possibilities. I consulted with Donna, one of the administrative staff, and must say that I was very impressed with the level of customer service that she provided. Some adjectives that come to mind are thoughtful, considerate, courteous and thorough! The experience elevated my day and for that I’m thankful.
